Course Description

You need to track down some issues inside the Operating System? You're facing problems with the latencies of your realtime application? Or you are just looking for new methods to get a better undertanding of the events inside the Linux Kernel? If yes, this training is the best fit for your needs!

We offer a detailed insight of the Linux Tracing Infrastructure and its powerful features! All methods shown in this training are part of Linux and therefore available for free! In many areas these features are even more powerful than the methods which come with comercial operating systems.

We've already succesfully presented our knowledge of the Linux Tracing Infrastructure on various conferences. With our presentation at the Embedded Software Engineering congress we won the "Best Speaker Award"!

To participate in this course, basic knowledge of the Linux operating system is expected as well as experience in dealing with the shell. In addition, basic knowledge of the programming language C is required. Our course "Linux for Embedded Professionals" provides all requisite skills.
